    The DLRA (Dry Lakes Racers Australia) annual pilgrimage to Lake Gairdner (South Australia) has been run and done.

    Of particular interest to me was the Afflick team running 105mph on a 50cc motorcycle. Pretty impressive stuff.

    They also managed to run 129.7mph on their 100cc motorcycle.

    I will post some more details on this thread as more information and records are published.

    I'm guessing some of the technical people on this forum will be able to work out how much power has to be made by a 50cc engine to push a motorcycle to over 100mph (on salt). The streamlining would help, but it still needs the power to get that fast.
