    Hey Desmo
Welcome to the Forum, love the black across but it's a chore keeping them clean.
I have a cbr in black but wouldn't have any other colour.
Sounds like we are on the same page in terms of resurrecting none running bikes, the gratification comes eventually when we get them back on the road.
Look forward to hearing more from you.
                                                          Cheers  Phil

Yeah im not sure either kiff, i probably stuffed something up haha >__>

I do like the black too but your right, after the rain it looks like its been through hell and back lol, plus it gets super hot when you park it outside. the paints actually stuffed despite the picture so its up for a repaint soon.

Still have to decided on the colour scheme. Gun metal grey maybe? who knows  :p

    Thanks for the welcome anyways.

    Hey Desmo
If you look under Suzuki on the Forum you'll see my Across which was dark grey. Seemed a popular colour as I had many people chasing the bike recently when I sold it.
Happily it still stays with us as a member of the Forum bought it.

    Hey Desmo,

I bought the grey Across that Phil mentioned. I think it looks awesome, but IMO your bike looks more neat and the lines look better with the black paintwork.

Just out of curiosity, what year is it? Mine has the front disc on the left side.

To Phil and Chris; The back mud guard on this one looks as if it was cut off almost exactly the same as the one that was on mine. Still no letter from the Dept. of Transport. If it doesn't come within the next week, I'd say the copper wouldn't have even bothered with chasing it up.

Its a 1991 :) According to the service manual the brakes and speedo changed to the left side on the 92 and older models.

And yeah someone hacksawed the fender off, that must be how they came on the early models wink wink  ;D
