    Yeah just one, was screwing it back in and didn't even use any force. It was tight to remove though. It looks like someone else has also replaced one...

    One of my set of carbs had a dodgy fix for that. A short phillips screw with the centre of the thread drilled out. It still fouled against the end of the needle.

    :dance2::dance2:Parts finally arrived!
    So I have started the daunting task of putting those quad carbs back together!
    Will soon be ordering a fuel tank sealing kit as well.
    Hope it all goes well!

    Make sure you get the right jet's in the right carby's, and same with the needle's and the needle jet (emulsion tube's if they are different)
    Bigger main jet's in outer carby's, smaller main jet's in centre carby's

    So I put it back together and it fired right up and idles well for now, though it did before I had these problems...

    On to the next thing :confused:

    I have coolant leaking from that u pipe from the end that goes to the block from the water pump...

    Drain the cooling system, take out the 8mm bolt on the lower pipe and gently rock it back and forth until it comes loose. The o-rings will be perished and will need to be replaced.
