Hello all I am new here as I seen the ad on gumtree well done with the site I have a wife and 3kids and a dog I live in rothwell and I haven't had a 250cc for long always had a bigger bike but now I have a gsx250f across witch is costing me move then planed I am in need of some help the bike run fine but in first gear under load it cuts out has any one got any idear of what it would be so that I can look at fixing it to get it back on the road as from what I can see its been some time for the bike I have looked at selling the bike as from what I have been told by team moto it may cost a bit that I don't have thanks any help is welcome
Hey Mick Welcome to the forum mate, are you able to give me a bit more info about the cutting out, ie how far can you rev it before it cuts out ? The Across have an inherant problem whereby the slide holder can unclip itself from the slide, this is easily fixed by removing the top 4 screws on the caby and removing the diaphram which will pull the 2 slides out. You will see pretty quickly if the slide has dropped off and its easily clipped back in. thanks Chris
