Sooo, can we get the parts list for that ohlins? Also i was under the impression that 4>2>1 was a waste of money (of course I can't find the post now...). I am changing from restricted to de-restricted so I need a different exhaust. At the cost to ship a stock header, I've been tempted to just dump the money into new aftermarket system

Depends upon what kind of power-band shape you want. For racing where you're 15-18k-RPMs all the time, 4-1 will give you max-power in that range. But you end up sacrificing mid-range torque.

For street-bike, 4-2-1 with more mid-range torque makes more sense. Then you'll have more acceleration in 8-12k-RPM range that's used for street-riding.

It's like difference between 1988-2007 Ninja 250 vs. 2008-2012. Older bike had all power in upper-RPMs and you have to rev piss out of it to get going. Have to downshift 2-gears to pass. Newer bike actually has less peak-power, but much more mid-range torque. Ends up being faster in street-riding and don't need to downshift at all for passing.

Hell of a tradeoff, half the fun of these bikes is revving the tit's off of them to get anywhere.
