So I decided to perform a little experiment. Since a 3LN1 screen has to be hacked up to fit a 3LN3, I tried something different. A FZR400 3TJ screen. Not as long or as tall as the original 3LN3 screen, but the mirror sections line up. All I had to do was mark & drill new holes. This is the ebay listing for the screen I bought... Took about 2 weeks to arrive: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/271923492639

    The result:

Nice Job, when obtaining the screen were you aware that the mirror holes aligned or was it purely a gamble??

For those playing at home , the reason for this experiment is the only available screen for the 3LN3+ is very expensive (if its even correct)

These cheaper Chinese ones are good quality ..... but the problem is the same as with the 3LN front sprockets ..... they sell the same product for the whole range of models ..... and it only fits the 3LN1
The 3LN1 has a different screen (and front sprocket) configuration than the latter models.

At that price definitely worth a gamble.
