FZR250.COM Decals

    I'm hoping to get some sort of design for this decal so for the ones who want to have them on their bikes can do so.. Any1 got any designs they wanna post up so we can work what is best. I was thinkin maybe just the original Font like YAMAHA ones to be used but now sure how it look.     I was just thinking...we'd want a colour scheme that matched the majority of pplz fzrs. Mines blue and white.
    So maybe if ppl list their colour schemes (if its already been written donw worry). And we can get a good idea what colours to make it.

    I'd be happy with just the FZR logo (on the tail of most FZR's) with a '250.com' afterwards. Simple enough to be read, yet doesnt stand out like a sore thumb.

    I need something to put on the front of my bike anyway, once i track down a new screen. (Old one isnt fubar, just frosted from light scratches)

    Yeah something simple. Just a matter of finding a nice font..the one you have is quite nice for the FZR as you said..but dot com doesn't suit :p. Maybe even if we outlines a few in different colours..eg one in red.blue/white etc.

    well, i dont have any good fonts so anyone that knows a good one tell me where to download it, it the outlining of the words can be colour changed. if we do get this going, what are we gona print it on and how will we attatch it ?

    stickers...You could save it on floppy and take it to a sticker place and get some made up...

    I know a few contacts in melbourne if youd like me to do it? Id just need a list of who wants some.

    Once we worked out the design...just a matter of what sizes to make it..
    Id probably put mine on the tail going towards the seat..but those with the r2 stickers wouldn't be able to do that..

    Keep it comin guys, then we can have a vote or something.. i really wanan get this made up as i have no decals on my bike atm.!

    Hey Grendal post up ya FZR250.COM pic u made and we can ask the members what they think of it , for replacing the red yamaha logo we have on the forum atm.

    Count me In... I'll chip in a couple bucks to get a couple stickers...


    Don't know on what part of the bike i'll put it yet... depends on the size and where you guys recomend it should go

    I think it's a awesome idea

    I like the second one the most ( Black and red ) althought the turning forks and Yamaha stick out a little.. I'd like them a bit smoother/ more integrated

    I like Lowa's because he's kept the font of the FZR from the bikes. If someone can find a cool font for the 250.com, they'd be schmick!

    yeah i like how the FZR' is just like the orginal. Id kinda want it on a clear background though otherwise it might look like a bumper sticker.

    i was gonna put up my pic but have no freakin idea how to.     Lowa did u just get the fzr font from the decal page? Or is it just a font?

    To load a pic u needa upload it then type [​IMG]

    And yes sandog..u'd def get clear background! lol..that would look dodgy as. Even better would be to just have the actual outline.

    cheer bro, thanks for puttin it up. Ive hosted stuff on my yahoo briefcase before so i oculdnt work out why it was screwed. Lets say i got desperate, but yeah i think its a sad inditement on monash uni as to how much they have taught me hahahha. hope fully if its on the bike, the stars will like contrast with the color of the bike.

    I'd like maybee the sticker to say

    FZR250 Club
    and then have fzr250.com in smaller letters along the bottem maybee ?

    how does that sound so then you can have the FZR250 CLUB in like Original Decal style and fzr250.com in smaller letters

    just a idea

    another I have... Everyone here should be aware of Vale Rossi's like letter types all the different colours and stuff where it says the Doctor like on his wind breaker/screen on his bike

    how about doing that FZR250.com or FZR CLUB sticker type ??

    i know it looks allright now and maybee in 3 years when he goes to F1 might look out of place but just another idea

    ROssi goin to F1??? is this for real??
    We have some good suggestions for decals? I have no idea what would be best.. but i would like it that we all have the same decals.. maybe we should have a vote first on what we want? . eg.

    FZR 250 CLUB
    FZR250.COM (in smaller letters)

    Or

    FZR250.COM

    For myself I prefer FZR250.COM but i have no idea where im goin put it on my bike.. i was thinkin the bottom of the big middle fairing.. would look good.. maybe someone can do some photoshop to see how it looks on the bike.
