    1. Idle when choke is fully open!
    2. Tachometer won't read!
    3. Exup not working while in high rev on stationary position is that normal? It is moving when i switch it on!

Sorry for having too many questions..tnx ✌

Does the bike start easily without touching the throttle ?
And does the choke on fully make the engine rev high for a while then make the idle too rich, which make's you back off the choke to about half till it's warm enough to idle by itself?

The tacho not working and exup not working might be related.
Could be a dirty/corroded connection or a broken wire in the loom somewhere causing problem's ?
When it's revving high it vibrate's the connection and doesn't send a signal to the TDI box possibly

Does the bike start easily without touching the throttle?

    >no i need to give a throttle to start it..
    >yes that exact thing i have observed while it is idling on choke

I gonna check for the wirings of tachometer..

Servo motor is working while key switch on.. I have read some article that if you change muffler may be you will loose exup.. Is that true? I have change mine to race pipe!

    What year FZR250 is it?
Does the bike run and ride ok?
Is it lacking power at 3/4 - full throttle ?
It shouldn't need any throttle to start it.

Have you checked the fuel level's in each carburetor against the line's marked into the fuel bowl's

I am thinking that the mixture screw's need to be adjusted, they need to be done with the bike at operating temperature eg; after a ride
Have the carby's been pulled apart and thoroughly cleaned?

Not sure on the EXUP not working with a race pipe, i would have thought it will still work regardless of standard or race muffler
