ahhh I've been there and slept the side of the road there on my way to WA. Are you after rocker covers as well?

think the aus post 5Kg satchel is about $20, might work out to be two packages haha :) i'll weigh it tonight and we'll talk more once thats done.

righto mate, so i put it on the scales last night and its coming in at 8.7kg. so its over the 5kg satchel mart for sure. i don't thing stripping the head will get it under 5kg (ie pulling the cam's ect out) as the weight is in the head its self. i'll have a look for a small box and get the overall size to see what the postage cost would be if you want?

It might not help you much but the 3LN6, 3LN7 FZR bikes use Zeal cams.

Thanks for that info Linkin, I haven't studied the cam duration yet, I just jumped to the conclusion they would be similar to the Honda CBR250 Hornet, as it's peak HP is lower then the MC19 & 22's, zero overlap 'tween intake & exhaust means bosted fuel / air mix stays in the combustion chamber, not partially escaping unburnt of the exhaust, (the blown 250 had 8 LB boost with MC19 cams, and 15 with Hornet cams, with no other changes)
