So replacing the clutch plates on my '84 GSX 250 and as I was pulling off the clutch cover I ripped the gasket. So now a couple of questions.

    1. If i didn't rip the gasket could it be reused with no issues?

    2. Any tips for replacing the gasket? Only want to do it once!

For a clutch cover I'd re-use it if you didn't rip it.

Items that require specific tolerances like a head & gasket due to changes in compression by re-using an old squished gasket are generally single use only.
