Pit lane motorcycles went belly up in Victoria. they have been clearing stock. after friday ? an auction is running for accessories and spare parts plus motorcycle workshop equipment. I have been buying and just got 17 of 26 items bid on.will be watching to buy so have a go because what you want may be different to me.lol.

i have a carrier who goes melbourne to brisbane and works cheap...150 to deliver a bike to my door. if you want anything it could be delivered to me and you could arrange delivery to the country music area.......could even add a cd for you to listen to.lol.

basically do an auto bid lower than prepared to pay and follow. serious bids come in before the end. watch till finish.glenn works cheap but you get delivery when he takes a car or boat through.also cash. enuff said.
forgot to add that with the autobid you only pay the next increment above lower bidder. ie if you bid 500 and the losing bidder offerred 20 you might pay 30.remember with auctions there is no warranty even if new as the business has gone bust.am i happy with prices i paid. yes but some items would strangle the lower bidder.would i have paid more...nup.also factor in gst and commission plus freight. happy to have stuff dropped off and post for cost.[ including country music cd,s for grey] lol.

just back from melbourne to pick up what i bought and to see what is coming up.these businesses were way overstocked and went into new premises and bought up big.palletsof tyres, bike clothing, spares andWATCH THE 4 AUCTIONS. i believe another bike shop will follow from a whisper i heard. the blokes are magic to deal with. could not have been more helpful. 12 hour drive down, 5 hour turn around picking up from 3 sites and 12 hour drive back.red eyes and no sleep.mboddy there are many paddock stands.
10 tyres, boots, jackets, bike..pity some of the gear did not fit though labelled my size/.am biddibng again but some stuff going to high for me. other auctions were to start today but put back to the 6/6/13.could be another trip after that but at a more leisurely pace like stay in melbourne and get some shuteye and maybe cruise a little slower. yarra ranges were beautiful in daylight but night before had ice on windscreen.
