    Hello,
We are working on properly understand the carbs in GSF 250 and we are missing info what exactly do no. 12 hoses vent. I believe the hoses are placed somewhere between airbox and fuel tank but why this vent is there?

If anyone knows, it would be very appreciate to have an explanation of this.

    Regards,

Green would be the diaphragm vents and blue are the float bowl vents

Aaa i think I understand it now - this is connected to the diaphragm vent of carburetor - probably so only clean air gets in. Crankcase breather is connected directly to the airbox. And the float bowl vents are not connected to any filter whatsoever. Thanks for the points from your side :)

On the Yamaha FZR250 the bowl vents just hang off the airbox
