Well I should have mention that I allready look the wikipedia page and for some detail I don t find it accurate. But for the begining year , I belive it is good, so finaly the gsf250v only have a intake variable cam but what is the maximum rpm those bike can go? They have a variable rocker and I m wondering if they can rev high without valve float du too heavy valve train? And also what parts they share or can be interchange with the gsf400v? Cam , valve , valve spring, head? Thank you for the help

Sorry can't help with rpm but I would also be interested to know. In regards to parts I did find (can't remember where) some one saying the gj77a is the same motor as the 400 just with smaller pistons but have also found info the said that is false.
This site gives part numbers so you could check them against other models.

I'm fairly confident the V version of the bandit was first released in 1995 and the last one was made in the year 2000, the variable valve version featured a red rocker cover from the factory. As @woodzy eluded to, the only way to find if there are parts crossover would be to check the parts book , knowing Suzuki , there will be some carry over of parts, but I doubt the cylinder heads would be the same.

Im still looking for the 400 parts book.
