    New clutch
Custom seat pan and seat with a glove box!!
    Brand new pirelli tyres

It is a great little bike, super light and sounds awesome! It is very nimble and quick off the mark. Turns in super fast and had enough oomph to get you out of trouble.

    Honestly I'm not sure yet.
I don't know if I want another project or if I get something that just needs a few things etc then get some seat time.
Probably look for a mid size sports bike too, like a 400-800cc.
    Although I haven't ridden a CBR250RR yet ha ha
