Helmet storage

My old fzr had a hook for it under the left hand rear fairing that I used on the odd occasion. However I usually just chose to carry it anyways depending where I am as I have heard stories of having helmets having their straps cut to steel it (which renders the helmet totally useless, so don't know why people do that but apparently they do).

 

yep same as Boz - i've got a helmet lock in the same place which unlocks with the key - i leave mine there if the weathers ok (not raining) and haven't had any probs - pretty tatty helmut though..

 

there is also a hook under the rear seat that you can hook on the clip of the helmet

 

Yeah, if u cant find the hook (sorta near the back indicator on the left side, just open the boot (lol), and find something to hook it off. Depending on where I park it..like at uni I just attach the helmet to the seat. But I guess if I got somewhere to leave it..ill take it with me.

 

I don't worry too much about the helmet getting stolen, I worry about my tinted visor getting pinched.

 

why dont u put it in the boot ? thats what suzuki made it for..... ooohh yeah your on fzr's
