    Hi every one

My names mick, been looking at this site for a while, finally registered, just thought i would say hello.

ive got an FZR 250 3LN Race bike, pretty standard at the moment, all the road gear removed, gauze air filter, Exup and servo all removed.

Bout to do an engine rebuild, stick a pipe on it and rejet it

will stick some picks up soon

Air filter was just a simple bit of flyscreen / gauze stuff, put a bead of silicon in the locating groove in the airbox, lay an oversize bit of flyscren over it and pull it nice and tight, stick some plastic film over the silicon so the 2 halves dont stick together, then stick the lid on until the silicon is cured, then split the lid off, remove the plastic film, and trim the edges of the flyscreen off.

not sure if i would recomend it for a street bike, mine is a track only bike
