hello i just read the post on how much ppl paid for there bike, i earlier posted a post asking about the fzr i am buying, i am paying $3000, the person i am buying it of is a friend and recently bought a new engine for it for $1500 with 30k on it. it is good condition, a small few scratches on one side but you can only see it on closer inspection, do u think this is a good price thanks
considering that you trust your friend I would say it is a good deal. I bought mine a few years ago for $2500 with 30 000 k's on it, with minor mechanical problems (exup valve and fuel line problems). Both were easily fixed. Tires, chain, and sprockets good nick? If not tires about $150 each, and chain/sprockets will set you back about $400 ($500 if installed by the shop).
