    well, as the title goes, I bought a ZXR50A model, was on Gumtree a while back and I made an offer, I didn't hear back for ages then the owner texted me asking me if I was still keen, I went and had a look and its in pretty good nick so I bought it, I pick it up on Sunday. Needs fork seals and a tidy up, then I should be on the road.

    No rego, not running because the tank was empty, cranked over easily under my jump pack... hopefully she will fire up

    What about tidying it up and selling it to Edwardo? The poor bloke had his bike stolen.
    We could all chip in a few bob to pay for the transport to Adelaide if it is not off the scale.

    this has me beat, 4 new plugs, all plugs are getting spark, firing order is right for the leads to the plugs, I have given the carbs a quick once over, pilot jets are clean, mains jets are good, emulsion tubes were a tad blocked, now clear, crank it over full choke, half choke, no choke, choking me and nadda

    Wires to the reg are a tad toasty, but that shouldnt stop it firing up

    @Tim_ @Th3_Huntsman I think I need to borrow some parts :)
