Cruising along newnham rd in mt gravatt brisbane, another motorcyclist (is that the correct spelling?) decided to turn into his driveway going across an unbroken line and there way a Subaru Wrx stopped dead ahead, i locked up both both brakes and still hit him up the ass, he was cool about it, that road is fkcing hard ah, i went over the hangers and i dont know if i myself hit his car. The bike is fkin totalled, cracks and gashes in every cowling and i cracked the magneto casing on the right hand side, snapped the brake lever, fked up my shoulder and wrist. The funny thing is that i was rinding home from Shogun honda or team moto because i just got insurance, not full comprehensive but it covers fire and theft and his car but not my bike. I paid $3500 for my bike (yeah i got ripped) and it is now insured for $4700 and its only $302 a year. question comments i would be happy to answer and take in.

Probably work out cheaper for you to pay for the damage out of your pocket. Because you'll have your excess to pay, and then the increase in your premium.

Good to hear you're alright though, the bike and car are peices of machinary that can be replaced...the ones who operate them cannot be if things go really bad.
