    my ride is ONLY REDLINING JUST ABOVE 8 RPM!!!!WHAT'S WRONG WITH HER... THOUGH SHE FEELS VERY SMOOTH AND STILL WANNA GO FASTER...SHE DOES BUT I DON'T WANNAPUSH HER TILLBLOWN OFF...WHAT CAN I DO TO INCREASE LEVEL, anyone <!-- s:Biker1: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/th_Biker_1.gif" alt=":Biker1:" title="biker_1" /><!-- s:Biker1: -->

    Did this happen suddenly?

    1) have you done anything before hand?

    2) have you checked the exup cables? one might be broken..

    {thanks Dave for the respond...i did my homework on our sapce and was shown where the exup valve should be but i was always at defeat.where exactly is it for i dont wanna open stuff cause i dont know if gasket kit for 2kr is available with yamaha here in dubai,i was adviced to check left side ..just underneath btand and a funny bulging cover is the location but i doubt it that its thjat one for its connected to cooling pipes to engine ...if im not mistaken.
    and one more thing ..i cannot open PDF files on my ltop...where could i down load shop manual for fzr250...2kr?..thanks n more power <!-- s:Biker1: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/th_Biker_1.gif" alt=":Biker1:" title="biker_1" /><!-- s:Biker1: -->

    Here is a photo of the EXUP (slighty left of centre) with the two cables going up in the 2 o'clock direction and with the front cover has been removed to expose the pulley. Not real good quality pic but you can see what you need..
