Here is the list of fairing kits available for the Kawasaki 250cc bikes that can be ordered. We only work with injected ABS kits, which has a great fitment. Pressed panels are terrible to mount, the holes do not align and often the panels will break when you try to make them fit (very thin panels). That is why we do not supply kits for the ZZR250, GPX250, and other models.

The samples listed below are only "samples". You can order any of these colours, or just any other colour you want, as long as you can provide a clear and detailed photo/sketch of what you're after. Usual delivery time is around 3 weeks, but can get a bit longer once posted (our of our hands to control it).

Prices include GST. All kits include a windscreen, except when mentioned otherwise. If you order a new kit directly from the factory, you get free delivery as well.

** I should have pics and prices for Ninja 2013 soon.

The zxr 250 fairing kits are made as pressed panels, not injection molded. That means fitment if not easy, holes do not align very well and the panels may not align to your satisfaction.

If you are handy, you should be able to fix these imperfections with a file, or a drill, and may need to use some metal brackets to reinforce the joining.

This is the reason we normally do not sell kits for the zxr250. But if you still want to give it a go, I can get an updated quote for you.

I realise this post is a year old.. have you made any head way on the zxr kits? or is it the same issue? also the colour scheme is it possible to get the "EVA unit 1" colour scheme?

Hey mate. Same issue as before. A full kit mold cost around $150,000 and that's why the factory won't invest on a new model unless they know they will sell heaps.

The paint job is another thing. You can choose whatever colour scheme you want, and they are pretty good on that area. The problem is just about the fitment of a compression molded kit. If you're handy, you can do it safely (might have to improvise a few small metal brackets). But only you would know.

Interesting... How much for a kit to suit the A model zxr?

I'll check, but I believe it's compression mold as well.

Hey mate. $530 including GST and delivery. Feel free to choose the colours scheme, but keep in mind they panels are not made by injection molding.
