Ok so on the back it has a huge chunk of padding but a small cut on the inside mesh + found a hidden zip that was under it I was able to remove it but it's left a big useless pocket near the neck / user shoulders so I j St need for them to recut / take out the extra leather and make it smooth again

I am surprised that there is not a leather goods workshop in Brisbane.
Try a saddle maker or some one who makes horse leather goods.

Ok turned out I'm the world's biggest noob.. The big padding lump is there cus it's a track jacket... And I was after a normal jacket.. Good news is I found someone who can refine it for me and it's only going to cost me about $70

keep it or sell it as a track jacket and buy another.

So what exactly was the problem? What is the biggest difference between track and road? I believe both mine are track jackets with a zipper to attach to pants, and my mesh jacket has no other real other pockets than my Joe rocket one.....

I never ride with my phone or wallet and the likes in my pockets. I put them in the tank bag or, under the seat.
