I was set-up to purchase a 1980 Suzuki GS450E from a man in the Midwest,I live in N.CA. West of Sacramento.
The seller pulled-out on me after a good amount of months agreeing he would sell it to me.
I'm looking for a 1980-83' GS450E that is stock(not caf'e)with all the parts there.I can come get it if it's been sitting in a garage for years,I have a small trailer for my car.I am income-limited and so can't afford a whole lot. Bill

one of my buddies likely has an 87 gs450l in houston. not what you are asking for but maybe close enough? let me know and I'll contact him. I tore it down for restoration before realizing how expensive it would be. blasted the frame, promptly gave up. he painted the frame and I think got it back to rolling chassis but that's the last I heard of it.

Hey ! thanks for your response  I appreciate this forum :thumb_ups:
That's very much like what I'm looking for.I had an 82' GS450T that I loved except for the style so I sold it a year ago(kind of 'threw it back out there' for a great price & hoping Karma would bring me an 'E') in hopes to find an 'E' model.I've been slowly looking for the E and had found one:I would have gone to get it in MI. and have it right now if it wasn't for the seller.I do just want an 'E'.I like how the key removes the seat and the stock style of it.
What you offered me was great and you bet I would jump on it now if it was an E. I appreciate you sir,Bill
