Might not be many members that race MC22's on the forum.

My little track bike weighs in at a hefty 152kgs on the scales at Broadford with about 1/2 tank of fuel onboard.
    Quite disappointing actually.
My little RC162 tribute bike (based on similar mechanicals) only weighs 117kg on my scales at home with oil and water but no fuel.

Thanks for that. What have you taken off or replaced to get 152kg?

Removed all the bits that are road specific.
Headlights, taillights, blinkers, sidestand, rear mudguard + number plate mount, bits of wiring loom that were not needed, speedo drive + cable, rear foot pegs. Added back a fabricated aluminium belly pan.

Get a lithium battery, which should save you a couple of kilos.
