[Melb Ride] Tuesday 27th Sept 2005

    ok..i know it is realli short notice...but any1 is welcome to come.
    im expecting dean to come as is myself and mayb 1 other mate.

    destination would be say...kinglake - toolangi - black spur - reefton - back home.

    this should take 3-4 hrs depending on how many turn up, how long the stops r etc....\


    forecast is morning fog then sunny at 21 degrees....

    so anyone in? u can sms or call me to let me know ur coming... 0411627009..


    meeting place would b somewhere up north or in the city. ill sms those that ant to come the details...

    Ah bugger, if i hadnt already made plans to do uni work with my group tomorrow i'd definitely be up for it. Actually, i might just see if i can skip the uni work and come riding. ;)

    I'll give you an SMS if i'm up for it... otherwise assume i'm out.

    haah
    welll...wat can i say but all u damn melbournians suck!
    went for a short blat up kinglake then back thru hurtsbridge...
    had to head for work so couldnt make the whole intended trip..

    anyway...

    ideas for the ride down to the motogp anyone?

    hey man, 1 days notice, can't expect the full fizzer army to come out and play! Work gets in the way of these weekday rides for me. Sucks.
    But i'm heading to phillip island on the friday (am). probably do a bit of a detour through some gippsland twisties (theres some good back roads through Niora, Poowong, Korumbura then back towards PI). If anyone is interested, we can arange it a bit better.
    Then three days of gp madness. lol!

    I had fun when it was here in the States. Go for it if you've never been. No other motorcycle race I have ever been to can compare.

    i'm with you tim, i went to my first motogp last year and couldn't quite comprehend the noise that these machines make, not to mention the insane speed. <!-- s:shock: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_eek.gif" alt=":shock:" title="Shocked" /><!-- s:shock: --> Every biker should go once.
    Just think theres only another year after this one b4 they drop down to 800cc, and rossi will probably go drive a cage. Get down there!
