[MELB] Uni Holz ride 24/09/04

    k..so next cruise has been organised.
    Date: Friday 24/09/04
    Meet time: 10am
    Leave 10.30am
    Meet point: Plenty rd hungry jack's, bundoora.
    this is just off the western ring rd.

    Where to: whittlesea -> flowerdale, then bak thru kinglake or wateva

    there will b a few 250's and learners goin but all is welcome.

    yeah i dont know if i can make it either because of uni load (even though its holz got a lot of group meetings). Besides, as Grendal and Garfield will testify, they'll probably both end up waiting for me to arrive 20 minutes later at the meeting point ;) have fun boys!

    Arh cmon dude u cant pull out...Its only a morning ride..not half as long as apollo bay. There's gonna be alot more ppl as well. And Friday is the last day of uni..which u have off anyway isn't it? u got a whole week of working..

    Ohh and 1 more thing...I think theres about 5 ppl coming from the honda forums now..even an RGV!!!! lol, damn bastard is gonna rip us all.

    ok...so i think we should plan a route....lookin at the suggestions form the netriders site...this looks good..

    its 140kms so a full tank form bundoora should b alrite for the round trip...

    Btw, the response from the cbr forums is very good. Around 8 ppl have responded..Thats not to say 8 ppl will turn up though :p.

    A girl from melbourne ask me to go to the formal with her, she wants to make an entrance on the bike.. im not sure about that. as it will mean we wont be wearing gear which I don't like at all. And espicalyl since im on Ps and not suppose to pillion. But I might ride down so I can go riding with you guys.. well I hope.. any1 know if you can send the bike down through some transportation company.. or maybe i should get a trailer and trail it down.

    hey dean! Im pretty sure you can pop the bike on the train from syd down to melb.not too sure of prces but i found a place on the net that did interstate vehicle transport.     I know the XPT is the melb-sydney train so maybe check with them too

    Thanks dude, i got some other contacts from them so ill find out.. but i might just drive down.. riding 8 hours down will be too much for me i rekon. Not sure that im comin down now.. hard to get annual leave at this time of the year.
