im working on a cross reference of the most common parts.a few parts already i have found will suit some suzuki dirt bikes like the DR250 etc. once i have it complete i will put it up for all and sundry as well

i have spent a few days working on this on/off, but i have made a copy of the parts info from the service manual and made the 17 most common parts as listed in the manual with cross reference info. if there is no parts listed under the part number then i couldnt find a cross reference for it

    Main.carby.parts.bsw27.Gsx250f.gsxr250

    *phew*

    enjoy.

now if i could find a piston from out of an engine i could do all the measurements for it and start looking for replacements as well

if anyone comes across a bsw27 carb that is not wanted, id love to lay my hands on it. it like to take photos of the disassembly of it and remove the jets etc and have then in my hand and get very close up photos of the jets etc with all dimensions using a vernier

they are worth nothing to me. they are worth thousands to everyone who owns one of these motorcycles and wants to keep it running

i might just go buy a brand new main jet from suzuki, part#09491-90007 - size90, $15 , get photos and dimensions. better off with a new one anyhow.that will make life a lot easier to cross reference it.
