hey guys ! i guess my question feels a bit stupid, but i gotta ask it anyways! why am i not able to see properly with my mirrors, i mean, i can only see the sides of me, not what's going on behind me, even not a little.... everytime a car is trying to pass me, i always get surprised, cause i never see it commin.... even tho i tried adjusting my mirrors, dosen't help... any suggestion ?
The stock mirrors suck. That said, I'm 6'2 and over 200lb, and I can see what's sneaking up on me; periodic checks involve tucking in an elbow. Get YZF600 (NOT R6!) mirrors; they apparently show what's behind you.
Thanks Dontz125 for your reply, i will try and see what's available in my area...unfortunately, im one of the very few who owns an Fzr in the whole country, at least a functional one ( i think you can count them on a single hand)...an as i recall from local dealers and scrap-yards, haven't come across an yzf models...i will try to search and pick some good mirrors somewhere and put 'em on the bike and test them....then will paint them to match my bike..
