USA Na its not NZ its in the usa, a guy called Jessie James runs it. He owns a bike custom shop called West Coast Choppers. Its real real cool
I haven't seen that one. Though last time at home in Canada I was watching a show called 'American Chopper'. Similar idea by the sounds of it. American Chopper is a father / son duo who own a custom chopper shop somewehre. The son does all the paint-work etc. They are constantly fighting with each other too which makes it rather humourous. Haven't seen it on TV here.
