Well, last night I wanted to get rid of the shitty fuel I ahd left in my tank as it was causing my bike to run like arse, so i pull the hose going the the carbs and let it all drain out of reserve and normal tank.

After everything was gone, and no more drops were coming I re-attached the hose and searched for my spare fuel bottle.

Unbeknown to me, it happened to disappear, so here I am at home, about 2k's from the nearest servo, with an empty FZR, no reserve, no fuel.

So I head out to the road, and try to clutch start it, it worked! so i putted to the nearest servo, with only the fuel that was in my carbs already. Going no more than 60, helmet visor down, legs tucked in and looking through windscreen.

I ran out as I pulled up to the roundabout right next to the servo

Hurrah for FZR's and their godly fuel consumption (or lack thereof) :p

I find that if you take out that engine thing... it makes a bike use no fuel at all

And then there is that ungodly deaccelation and merge into the emergency lane until the fuel runs back into the carbs. been there a few to many times.
