    I dunno dude I just get a weekly email from Aldi saying their "special deals". You'd have to go there to buy the stuff. Not sure if Aldi in QLD are running the same deals at the same time though.

    They usually do road bike gear once a year too, keep an eye out :)
    Might have to pick up some of their "motorcycle socks", I like the sets I got last year so much I bought 3 pairs!
    The kidney protector I got last year is a bit rubbish though.

    For socks, I bought 2 pairs of thermal snow socks. Nice and long. Nothing worse than hairy legs against motorcycle boot

    I picked up a ramp from Repco for $60 that is rated for over 300 Kg a few weeks ago. If I still needed one the $50 one looks like a decent buy. Already got tie-down straps too but purpose-built bike ones would be nice. :)

    the only problem i can see with it is the angle where it meets the tray.. nothing worse then scraping the belly pan and exhaust on the tray of your ute trying to get your bike on there..

    I knew what you meant. Getting a low bike over that angle without scraping can be tricky!

    Easy fix park back wheels against gutter and makes it lower and easier to load
