Hey guys, I need a valve gasket for my 3ln3 and am wondering if the gasket from another model will fit.http://item.mobileweb.ebay.com/viewitem ... 0623054464
Does anybody know where I can get one for a reasonable price? I adjusted my valves and now oil is slowly leaking between the rubber. Can I fix this another way?

hey mate,
have you thort about using silicone to gap fill it, its not a gasket, but it is decently heat proof
and a lot cheaper then gaskets and it puts a good seal around it.
Im a carpenter and ive used silicone on my bike, with sexy results.

I'm a chippy too, I was actually in merimbula in march for a holiday, nicest place. Thanks for the information, I'll try that for sure, anything free is worth a shot! I'll try it and post my results in the future

I might be a bit late on this but there are oil resistant silcone products available to make gaskets. Available at places auto parts suppliers like Repco or Bursons.
