    Hello all,

My name is Ian and I'm new to riding and working on bikes. I live in the United States. When I got my license, I didn't want to go with the normal ninja 250s and such so I decided to import a CBR250RR from Japan with only 3994 km's. It wasn't running when I got it and it still doesn't. I did get it to start once but it was running rough and very rich then I tried to start it again later and it wouldn't. It's definitely a project, but I'm excited about it.

Welcome, nice bike. Change your spark plugs as they are probably fouled from the rich fuel mixture. Lots of bits about for MC-22.
