Hi all,
I have been reading alot of usefull stuff in this forum for the Fizzer250 and now that I own one myslef I am sure I am going to be both contributing what I can and getting alot of good info aswell.

Well I live in Sydney NSW in the Hills area and have just purchased a FZR250 3LN2 as my first bike.I actually went out last night for my first open road ride. I only bought the bike last friday and drove up and down my street abit to get use to it before taking her out last night. I had to get the rego done so it was a good way of not letting myself put it off due to nerves.

First impressions of the bike.....WOW . This is such a great learner's bike! I find it is really stable at low speed with a little revs and back brake with clucth sitting on it's grab point. It was more stable than the CB250 I did my L's course on . But if I need to turn fairly quickly it has no problem being thrown around and just going where I point her. At high speeds (up to 80 as I am still on my L's) it handles like a dream nice a stable and comfortable but if you need a quick response she gives you what you need in both throttle and steering.

And the brakes are just second to none, I actually squezed a little hard at one point coming to a stop at some lights and shocked my self a little. When I came to a stop I actually gave the brakes a squezze just to see how much I had actually used of the brake and it was hardly even a quater of the travel!!!!! .

Well as you can tell I am completly wraped with this bike and look forward to seeing many of you out on the road. If anyone lives in Sydney give me a shout as I would love to catch up with other Fizzers

Cheers
Nathan

Congrats on your purchase and welcome to the forums Nathan!
I think i saw you over on the Netrider forums as well. Great to make a few riding friends when your starting out as it'll help your confidence and greatly assist the learning curve.
