    as far as a clutch kit goes. get a Balius clutch kit from a Kawa dealership, 5 friction plates and 4 of each steel plates = big success.

    I'm going to use the rotors of the spare bike they look pretty much brand spanker. There's pads there too but I'm just going to get new ones as they've been sitting for yonks, probably a year or 2. Anything special I need to know or do when using used rotors with new pads?

    1937 Royal Enfield 250, CF Moto 250 V5, Honda's XL250, CBR250, FT500 plus a few others.
    A light hand sand with some 150wet and dry to deglaze them, then wipe clean with thinners.
