Wow, that's in really good condition. Not a hint of road rash. Sadly, like mine was, it is missing the nice orange/black checkered decals on the main fairings and tail. Does this have the 240km/h speedometer too? If it's running and rideable, the first thing you need to do is stick some Dunlop Alpha 14's on it
The tyres are new so I wont be changing them, my green one has the Alpha 14's. New fork seals and she's ready to register. When I get back from holidays I will get them both registered. Rides mighty fine. As yes 240kph speedo same as my green one.
The ZXR250 is a very good looking bike!...and that's an excellent example. Now that you've got two you can figure how to put one beneath each foot and ride them like rollerblades
I was thinking of one for me the other for.........................me. I always nearly die on roller blades.
Decals are in the air so should be here soon, bike is booked in for a RWC next Monday and at Vic Roads for registration on the 14th March. Only going to register the Silver bike at this stage, I'll either drain the fuel out of the green one and throw a sheet over it and keep it as a collectable or may even sell it and get a ZX6R or similar
I was thinking to keep it locked away in my air conditioned factory as an investment. Let me think about it. Good ones are becoming rarer and rarer. A dealer who purchased one of my other bikes offered me $6500 , maybe I should have sold it who knows. And who knows what it will be worth in the future. It is very nice to look at.
https://shop.zengraphics.co.uk/kawa...s-tank-fairing-plastics-track-day-sports-bike Quality is quite good they are a multi layered decal. I will take some close up pics tomorrow and post them up they were $155 delivered.
None mate, my wife has other plans for me. I was at Lake Eppalock last weekend playing with the boat. I think we are doing wineries tomorrow.
I cant really lose either way, still hoping to get to Bendigo but I need to earn some brownie points.
