hi all, yes i'm new good to be here. i have jsut recentlly baught a nice fzr250. it has a aftermarket exhause adn runs nicelly. i like it, love it, but i'm a bit of a petrol head - once i have something i like to modify it or change it in some way - it makes me feel like it is now officially my bike/computer/car whatever - it has my touch to it. so i have been reading up abotu replacing the air box or adding a pod filter to it. now i'm not too sure about carbies much less the carbs on a fzr250 - but coming from a car sort of style of thinking i woudl think that it's jsut fine to bolt on some pods and that way the biek should breath better right? jsut like my car. i'm pleased with the exhaust. but i woudl like to add saoem more power, is there any tuing that i can do other than adding or changin the air box in any way since i have read that it is expensive and not a good idea (perticularilly if you are straped for cash). aside from this i have a new paint job in the works - i'm planning on doing a black/white/blue/darkblue (or maybe 2 shades of grey) camo paint job to some of the fairing and black to other parts fro definition. i'll see how i go and post soem pics. btw i have only had the bike for 1 day lol - seems like i'm a bit ahead of myself but thats jsut me. so yeah any ideas about soem performace mods i can do myself or tuning? also i woudl like to update the fromt headligfht, anyideas? maybe a front part from a zzr or something? sorry abotu the huge post - and thanks in advance.
