Powder coat messed up

    I apologize in advance if this is in the wrong section.

    Anyway I started putting her back together and discovered that the powdercoat was coming off in places that had a lot of grease.
    Should I get it re done or deal with it?

    It won't be seen at the end as it's the stands 12946879_505704309632172_1263097801_o.jpg 12941262_505732772962659_23852989_o.jpg stand.

    If it won't be seen just rub it down with thinners and a light sand, then I'd mask off the area that is exposed and then hit it with some silver paint. If you got someone to do it though, maybe first contact them. Really it's their fault if they didn't clean it properly. I know I wouldn't be happy with that.

    powder coaters problem to fix. frame should have been sand blasted.

    I'm taking it back tomorrow, hopefully he'll do it without charging me seeing as he messed up.

    Tell him to fix it as it wasnt done correctly and pay him nothing.
