QRRC Round 2 8th September

    So the second and final round of the QRRC is this Sunday. 3 races
    Race 1 is to be 17 laps! I've never completed a race that long before. Just over 50km! The aim is to complete it in under 26 minutes.
    Race 2 is 12 laps, also longer than the average race (average being 6-8 laps).
    Race 3 is a bit more normal in length down to 10 laps.
    So all up there is going to be a lot of laps to complete.

    The longer races must have been a challenge ..... I always remember Mick Doohan saying something like .... most guys can ride 1 or 2 laps at top race pace but only a few can maintain it for the entire race .
