I'm a new member to this forum and thought I'd share as I prep my 2014 Ninja 300 to race at Daytona on Oct 18-19. I purchased the bike new on Sep 28, rode it for 56 miles the next day, and started tearing it apart on Sep 30. Today, it sits in my kitchen like this. So far I've done the following:

    1. Swapped the stock tires for Dunlop Unbeaten 02
    2. Blocked off the kleen air system
    3. Installed swingarm spools
    4. Installed a Powercommander
    5. Replaced stock levers with folding, adjustable ones
    6. Fit and drilled Armour Bodies race bodywork

i'll be keeping an eye, I'm racing the ninja 250's, so keen to see the differences :)
