Hey guys recently bought 90' model fzr and ive noticed just after i bought it a rattle at low revs. When i did the service on the bike i noticed some movement from the Exup valve is this a common problem and if so how do you fix it ?
If you look in the "common problems" section I think it gets a mention. Not a serious problem unless it annoys you. Sometimes taking the slack out of the exup cables will quieten it down a bit. If it does not annoy you, leave it. Otherwise you can put new bushes in the exup body. I think it's not a difficult job.
