my ZXR250c is near completion, still having trouble with the carbs, but not too much of a hurry.
But now I'm in a dilemma. We all have stories of selling your motorcycles that you wish you kept.
EG, I had RD250lc and RD350lc, RZ250YPVS, 1992 banana arm RGV250. So here in NZ I have come across a 1984 KR1 (KR250B) its in bits but complete. $2800 NZD. What to do???????????

Agreed, buy it but haggle. You don't know what problems it may have that are hidden by disassembly, only to found during or after assembly.

Though one advantage is that half the work is done and you can eagle eye parts as they are, but don't tell them that.
