    Do those protective covers use the same factory bolts or do they come with longer ones?

    It depends on the covers... some come as a kit with bolts, others use the standard ones

    I ask because Ill take that cover off as its buggered but if the bolts on the cover are the kit ones Ill have to find some 'original' ones

    Standard triumph bolts will be hex heads, with the heads of the bolts being concave as well

    If they are hex flange bolts (8mm head) you can use any the same size from Japanese bikes. @kiffsta might have a million of them.

    Thought there might have been a tool for them .... I think a hammer would be a better choice ... over a hard surface :D

    think Ill just use some stainless nuts and bolts

    the ones in the infill panels were a bitch to get at

    Adjusted the suspension settings .... set them back to 'standard'
    they were all over the place ... each fork had a different setup ..... and I know its done some track time :commando:

    Rear pre load has no mention in the manual as (from what Ive read) Triumph dont want u changing it .... but u can see on the lock and adjustment rings its been played with ... might be fine as it is maybe

    It looks to be small... or should that be compact :)
    The guy next door has a 1050 and it looks massive compared to the 675.

    Massive is the last thing I want .... some big hulking litre thing thats heavy and like riding a tank ... no thanx ... and I dont need the wank factor

    This is just right ... not that Ive ridden it yet but it will be "big" enough and Ive no doubt more than enough get up and go

    And I am nearly 6ft and 90kg dont forget .... Im sure Pedrosa would make it look huge :)

    Does have the fairings off as the tie downs pressed on them when trailered ... no front guard also ... I might paint the seat brown and have a cafe racer :fuckyou:

    Slide hammer, but I believe they're meant to stay in... probably rusted in, happens all the time. Try inox.
