I know I have been a big supporter of threebond to clean carbs and parts, I was wondering if anyone is using Threebond as it is meant to be used, ie being sprayed through the carburettor while the engine is running to free up carbon deposits in the head ?

I just put a can through my MC22 by starting it up and getting it to operating temp, then pulling the tank and air box off, hooking up an aux fuel tank and spraying 1/4 can down carb no 1, then revving it till the exhaust runs clean, then repeating carb 2, carb 3 and so on. She smoked up the shed then cleared her head, my shed smells like the speedway which is glorious, but I can definitely say the engine is noticeably quieter.

Yeah i have but not on a bike yet, i put a can through my wife's Mazda 3 engine, had cloud's of smoke come out the exhaust.
Engine seemed to run quieter and possibly smoother once it all cleared out

I use the Threebond for cleaning out the throttle body's on my car's every now and then too, get's rid of the hesitation when taking off due to the oil/carbon closing the gap between the butterfly and throttle body.

My parent's 2006 Corolla had the check engine light come on and they took it to Toyota, they quoted them $1600 for a new exhaust manifold plus labour.
I used my $6 OBD2 bluetooth scan tool and found the 02 sensor was reading out of range, so cleaned out the throttle body with Threebond, sprayed some into the intake, started it and it blew black smoke for a few min's, then after 5 min's running i reset the check engine light and it hasn't come back on now for over 6 month's

I put a can thru the Land Cruiser (4.5L 6cyl EFI petrol) awhile back and there was nothing from the exhaust .... it must have eaten the lot .... maybe I didnt leave it long enough as they have a huge intake manifold and after 345,000ks it would be caked with carbon and the PCV valve runs straight into it

Maybe it needed 5 cans :D

I sprayed some straight down the intake & exhaust valves not long ago because I could barely see them through the carbon, there was black, grey & white smoke everywhere, had to take the clothes off the line to re-wash them but the motor runs much smoother & quiter now, like adding 2ml/ltr of octane booster.
