Touring Tassie? Here is a Guide

I have compiled this list from a few different posts on the subject that I have put up on another bike forum. Any other comments about attractions from down south would be appreciated.

ROADS
Devonport to the Murchison Hwy via Sheffield and Cradle Mt.
It gets better once you leave Sheffield, although a couple of tight corners, then opens out past Moina.

Somerset to the fingerpost - Part of the southern half (Hellyer gorge) is a Targa and Rally Tas stage. Some tight corners.

Savage river road - ride in, turn around and ride back (no other options), good ride. This is a stage of Rally Tasmania.

Pieman Rd - 100K of corners, I have not ridden yet but is reported to be excellent ride
EDIT 20th april: I have now ridden this one and is a must do - WARNING best in summer as lots of shaded corners in northern half and
were wet in places from frosts overnight even though weather was fine &sunny for a week before and was 18deg mid afternoon.
Almost no traffic and good quality road.

Anthony Road, wide, smooth, lots of nice constant radius corners, no surprises. 10/10

Zeehan to Strahan, nice flowing road. Strahan to Queenstown, not so fast with lots of tight corners.
