tubes protruding from bike

i haven't had my bike for too long but today i noticed two rubber tubes protruding from under my bike. The first sticks out from where the fairing ends (towards to seat). This pipe is sealed at the end so i'm assuming it doesn't go anywhere. Looks like it's coming from the fuel tank but i'm not sure. the second tube protrudes from directly under the seat about 5cm from the ground. Also looks like it's coming from the fuel tank also. This tube isn't sealed off at the end. Are they meant to stick out? What are they for?

It sounds like the overflow pipe and maybe the choke line.. i think but i could be wrong

They are either carb overflow or battery overflow tubes...they are just fine where they are
