Victoria - Guided rides in the Yarra Ranges

The Shire of Yarra Ranges run a series of guided rides each year that are designed to improve skills for motorcyclists who ride in the area. You do not have to live in the area. The rides are open to any licensed rider.
Rides are run in conjunction with HART and riders ride in groups of 4-6 each with their own HART instructor. Riders are grouped according to experience so you ride with people who have a similar skill level as yourself.
There are two rides, one is suitable for L plate riders, beginners and people who are perhaps not so confident and the second longer ride is for full license holders who want a little bit of additional instruction or perhaps to refresh some lost skills.
The 2014 rides are

16 March - L plate and beginner suitable ride

6 April - Full license holder ride

Apart for a great day out where you will learn new skills and perhaps meet some riding buddies anybody who participates also ends up with three or four photos from yours truly.
