What REALLY pisses you off!

    I love going back to this topic since I always get to release my frustrations with driver's on Sydney's roads. Plus I love hearing other peoples stories.

    The 4 things that piss me off most while riding my bike or for that matter car:

    1. People who block the right lane, particularly on freeways where signs clearly state "Keep left unless overtaking" and make people like me break the law and overtake them in the left lane!

    2. People who don't indicate.

    3. Drivers in 4WD's or **** cars who try to race me in their slow cows! <!-- s:sniper: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_snipersmilie.gif" alt=":sniper:" title="Sniper" /><!-- s:sniper: -->

    4. Coppers who pull me over since they suspect me of being a L/P plater on the FZR250R!

    I hate all that too .. I get pulled up for the same reason and then they tryed to tell me my bike was bigger then a 250..

    oh and you missed one I really hate volvo drivers

    I was pulled over 3 times in 6 months for 'license checks' while on my fzr250... It is such a pain - and I believe tarnishes the image of riders (cars going by seeing a rider stopped will think that I was abusing the road laws - as all riders do....).

    Another dislike is when people drive in the middle of a 2 lane road. THis often happens on my way to work as I travel down roads with tram tracks - instead of sitting just to the side of the tracks cars will move over more and take up 2 lanes...

    Also had a driver who pulled up beside me while travelling. I was in the right hand wheel track of the car in front - as one is supposed to - and the car driver thought 'hey, theres enough room to the left of this guy I will go there' and did. There was a stop light ahead so I stopped beside his window and asked him to roll it down and politely (I actually was) informed him that the reason we travel in the wheel tracks is so that we can see ahead more, and the left of the road is one of our safety options should we need to swerve. He was quite good about it and apologised. Light turned green and we went off and he stayed behind me. <!-- s:D --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_biggrin.gif" alt=":D" title="Very Happy" /><!-- s:D --> (Unfortunately this isn't the only guy who does this...)

    I hate it when cars run red lights !!
    when they never love to look at their blind spots.. too many close calls.
    when gals dont look at my bike when i ride by. now that pisses me off.
    when another biker does not NOD or wave back !!! man i go crazy when that happens i start cursing and swearin my head off under my helmet <!-- s:lol: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_lol.gif" alt=":lol:" title="Laughing" /><!-- s:lol: -->

    what really pisses me off is that when I'm at work I'm driving a 3.5 ton truck. And people just have to get in front of me in their stupid Hyundai's. They always go slower than I do, but becuase it's a truck they just have to get in front and get in my way! I think maybe they want me to admire their car or their driving style (both suck) but they usually get to admire the front of my truck in their mirror <!-- s:mad: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_mad.gif" alt=":mad:" title="Mad" /><!-- s:mad: -->
    My second piss off is people who park in loading bays. If i could i would park on top of them.
    Third piss off is people who park close to the truck and don't give me much room to get out, hey it's a company vehicle, they'll pay if i leave a calling card along your car. doesn't worry me.
    fourth (think i'm on a roll) piss off, people who will drive 10kmh under the speed limit, but go through red lights. I see it every day, it must be ok to run lights but not ok to speed. i'll speed but red lights? no way!
    fifth piss off. Theives. nothing more to say on that one

    ok got that off my chest...

    Did we mention tail gaters, who love to come right up to my ass. I know its nice lookin and all but distant please!! Really pisses me off when im goin through some twisties and this car just wants to be so close like its a race and i cannot even concentrate cause im so parnoid about these farkers, have to end up pulling over to let the dick through.

    Just a comment I would never never never tailgate a bike. it's just hyundai and (insert name of any crappy car here) drivers that get me. They always seem to wait until i'm close then pull out in front of me. They just want to make sure i'm not going to turn off so they will be in the way..
    I also don't like any vehicle on the road bigger than mine <!-- s:( --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_sad.gif" alt=":(" title="Sad" /><!-- s:( --> Got sideswiped by a semi a few years back and now they get lots and lots of room <!-- s:shock: --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_eek.gif" alt=":shock:" title="Shocked" /><!-- s:shock: -->
