A bit early, but I was reading this article & thought some of you might be interested in the contents. Interesting technical info too.

Okay, we're nearly there. FP1 tomorrow morning (10:30) and first race Saturday at 3pm. Honda fans should rejoice that HRC have shown up to right the wrongs of previous seasons. Should be an interesting opening round. Hopefully, Rea will clean up and put Team Green at the pointy end from the get go!

Yeh, I know what you mean about Rea. I was much happier when Tom Sykes was winning on a Kawasaki, but last year turned me around on Rea. He rode superbly even when all seemed lost. He never had a "win it or bin it" approach to the races where he was being flogged and when Bautista started to make mistakes and tighten up, Rea pounced. It was, in my opinion, his best championship and I admire his mental strength greatly. Hopefully, HRC coming back will re-ignite the championship and attract more interest. There are lots of potential winners, new bikes and teams so hopefully 2020 will be a good year for the WSBK show.

Lets see how the gardener (the Chief's "weeds" reference) goes today.

Razzamataz was the only rider to (really) challenge Rea last season. I know Bautista won a bunch of races, but that young kid was the highlight of the 2019 season for me. He really is the heir apparent.

Looking forward to seeing how the year unfolds. Rea's DNF means naught at this stage of proceedings (both literally and figuratively!). HRC hit the ground running too.

Great article. Thanks for sharing Andy. Looks like those little Japanese folks in their white lab coats really do know what they're doing!

No worries.. I found it quite interesting.. especially the inline 4 vs V4 and rev limits etc... Interesting I was just talking to my Customer who's son is racing for HRC in Endurance and he was telling me that Honda (MotoGP) have been testing for a few days at Suzuka so they are certainly not leaving any stone unturned in this quiet time.
He mentioned that Alex Marquez won the inaugural E-Sports race yesterday... probably the only thing he will win this year though...lol
Apparently no riders are really "Self Isolating". Jack Miller is on his bike for several hours a day on his farm etc...
They all want to be race ready when it comes time to go...

Now, there's something you don't see every day!

And, I'm guessing we'll never see it in MotoGP. No spoilers for anyone who hasn't seen race 1 yet.
