I bought this off a guy on gumtree who hadn't had it for long, it was rego last year.
Came with a small box of parts mostly 4 pulled apart carby's & electrical stuff.
I think it's had some love in the past. It has FZR250 written on most of it in pink or blue paint.
60,000km on the clock with carby issues.

    I actually own two 2KR's :) My other is a 91,000km and it's a total death machine.
It's a bit better now it has front brakes :p but the front end isn't very fun when you have to use them.

So gs500 off the road as it's need some of that CASHLOVE,
deathmachine has stepped up to main bike.
White bike checklist: (it's officially white)
    clean jets/carbs
    clean fuel tank
    start bike
    hopefully that easy :p
Ride bike (or is it blue?)
Decide what do too with two running FZR250's

Well, sorry for the long hiatus. Unfortunately not yes long after posting this.
Me and the blue FZR went for a nice slide around the hills into a Subaru.

I'm fine the bike seemed to be cosmetic and the project has changed.

In front we have the 88 with a more silver frame and the back the 89 with a more grey paint.
If it's not common knowleage and overflow bottles are different and a few other electronics are located in different spots.

Anyway I've started taking off anything easy to remove thats better off the 88 and puting it on the 89. Also grabbed the best body parts and prepping them for paint.

If you zoom in on the cowling it's the color on the bottom just left of the damage.
It's a close enough blue but no sparkles. Gonna be a pretty nasty paint job ;-)
